Tom y April llevan cuidando piscinas en Florida Central desde 1999. Lo que más nos piden es equipo: calentadores, bombas y los sistemas que fallan a mitad de temporada. Nuestra primera respuesta casi siempre es reparar antes que reemplazar, y los clientes que llegaron después de que les cotizaran una bomba nueva completa suelen quedarse también para el servicio semanal.

They advised us to look at the all new Raypak line of pool heaters Cross V Wind heat pump pool heater , equipped with Wi-Fi They supplied the new heater and accessories for an efficient and proper installation to code at a very reasonable price , I am sure they have my very best interests in mind in every aspect of their service to me The new Raypak 8550 V seems to be a very sound machine, manufactured by the Rheem company , I understand that Rheem manufacturers more heat pumps than any other manufacturer for various applications hands down. The new 8550 is so very quiet that you can barely hear it running while the circulating pump is running I have to go and see if the fan is moving air to know for sure. I also calculate that it will be tremendously more efficient due to the new technology using the newer refrigerant than my previous heater ! And it will also be more economical over time to operate than a traditional fuel type pool heater ! You can set it up to heat your pool and Spa and also cool your pool if desired The new Raypak heater also comes with a very impressive warranty so I feel protected down the road in case anything should go wrong We were able to set up the Raypak Wi-Fi (Raymote) with very little trouble on my phone to run the new unit totally from my phone I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall performance and efficiency of my new pool heater If you’re in the market in central Florida I would suggest contacting Sparkle Pools for any ur pool services needed Thank you very much April and Tom for all your help with my pool problems ! ¿Qué incluye el servicio semanal?
Cada visita: sacamos hojas, cepillamos, aspiramos, vaciamos las canastas, analizamos el agua y balanceamos los químicos. Nosotros traemos todo. Los filtros se limpian según calendario, no cuando alguien se acuerda.
Mi piscina está verde. ¿La pueden recuperar?
Sí. La recuperación de piscinas verdes es trabajo de rutina para nosotros. La mayoría se aclara en tres a siete días según qué tan descuidada esté, y luego el servicio semanal la mantiene así.
¿También se encargan de los equipos?
Sí. Revisamos la bomba, el filtro, el calentador y el sistema de sal en cada visita y le avisamos apenas algo empiece a fallar. Los arreglos pequeños se hacen en el momento. Lo más grande lleva un precio por escrito antes de que toquemos nada.
¿Tengo que firmar un contrato?
No hay contrato a largo plazo. El servicio es mes a mes y puede cancelar con un mensaje de texto. Mantenemos a nuestros clientes cumpliendo, no amarrándolos.
