Tom and April have been looking after Central Florida pools since 1999. The work we are known for is equipment: heaters, pumps and the systems that fail in the middle of a season. Our first answer is almost always a repair rather than a replacement, and customers who came to us after being quoted a whole new pump tend to stay for the weekly service too.

They advised us to look at the all new Raypak line of pool heaters Cross V Wind heat pump pool heater , equipped with Wi-Fi They supplied the new heater and accessories for an efficient and proper installation to code at a very reasonable price , I am sure they have my very best interests in mind in every aspect of their service to me The new Raypak 8550 V seems to be a very sound machine, manufactured by the Rheem company , I understand that Rheem manufacturers more heat pumps than any other manufacturer for various applications hands down. The new 8550 is so very quiet that you can barely hear it running while the circulating pump is running I have to go and see if the fan is moving air to know for sure. I also calculate that it will be tremendously more efficient due to the new technology using the newer refrigerant than my previous heater ! And it will also be more economical over time to operate than a traditional fuel type pool heater ! You can set it up to heat your pool and Spa and also cool your pool if desired The new Raypak heater also comes with a very impressive warranty so I feel protected down the road in case anything should go wrong We were able to set up the Raypak Wi-Fi (Raymote) with very little trouble on my phone to run the new unit totally from my phone I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall performance and efficiency of my new pool heater If you’re in the market in central Florida I would suggest contacting Sparkle Pools for any ur pool services needed Thank you very much April and Tom for all your help with my pool problems ! What does weekly pool service include?
Every visit: skim, brush, vacuum, empty the baskets, test the water, and balance the chemicals. We bring everything. Filters get cleaned on a schedule, not when someone remembers.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Yes. Green to clean is routine work for us. Most pools clear in three to seven days depending on how far gone it is, then weekly service keeps it that way.
Do you handle equipment problems too?
Yes. We check the pump, filter, heater, and salt system on every visit and tell you the moment something looks like it is heading for trouble. Small fixes happen on the spot. Anything bigger gets a written price before we touch it.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. Service is month to month and you can cancel with a text. We keep customers by showing up, not by locking them in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Florida CPC 1459832, fully insured, and every technician is background checked.
